Like all our programs these are ideal for all sorts of trades and industries from small manufacturing firms through to high street trades such as Hairdressers, Hotels, Boutiques, Furniture and Kitchen outlets, Clubs, Bars, Restaurants....

Primarily these programs are intended for webcasting via a site such as YouTube although of course you can embed them directly into your own site. However, as the programs are also supplied on DVD and HDV Tape and other compatible disc formats they're ideal for exhibition use and broadcast too! You can play back on a screen in your reception or shop.

Your DVD version of your program is also suitable for projection on anything up to (and including) cinema-sized screens. And the standard DVD version is ideal for Point-of-Sale or Window display....

Webcast gives you a 1-day shoot with a solo director/cameraman at a single location, up to 8 hours in Post-Production, Stock Music and simple roll-in graphics created from your existing logo or artwork. Made to a standard format, Webcast puts you (or a member of your team) on-screen to demonstrate or just talk about your company, product or service. We creatively intercut this with shots of your process or facilities, professionally produced music and graphics to make a truly professional presentation you can be proud of.

PACKAGE 2: Webcast Plus! N350, 000 +VAT

Webcast Plus! Extends the basic webcast package by allowing you a full day's shooting at up to two locations (within 25 miles of our base in Ogudu, Lagos) and giving you 10 hours post-production time. This is ideal for slightly more complex programs or projects up to five minutes in length.

PACKAGE 3: Basic Exhibition / Point of Sale N500, 000 +VAT

The basic Webcast packages are shot to a 'template' script, which isn't suitable for everyone...

Where you have a product demonstration to make or need something a little more dynamic for an exhibition for example, it's essential to create a bespoke script for your program. Creating this bespoke script and planning your program involves additional work.

The Basic Exhibition and POS package is suited to creating a fairly brief, 4-6 minute company profile or product demo suitable for use at an exhibition, for point of sale use or for use on a website.

PACKAGE 4: Exhibition / Seminar N650, 000 +VAT

Extending an idea to a rather more 'corporate style' and more complex program, we're assuming here that interviews will be shot and/or more diverse locations will be involved. Using a presenter (which costs extra!) or delivering set lines will absorb more time than simply taking 'open' shots, and this is essentially what we're allowing for here.

 

This time we have a two-person crew shooting over two days, with a sound recorder and specialist microphone kit included. Because of the extra complexity of the shoot we expect to generate about the same amount of footage, therefore post-production options are the same as in the basic package..

We will meet with you, including a site tour/recce, scripting/pre-production and a final meeting to finalize script and shooting. This package includes a
2 x 8 -hour days shooting with cameraman and audio assistant 
Location voice-over recording (done after the initial edit is approved)

18 Hours in post Production, which includes:

10-hours editing followed by an approval (offline) disc and
4 further hours editing and audio dubbing prior to final approval. Also 
4-hours final preparation and encoding, 
Library music fee and Voice-overs. This package is available throughout the Nigeria but may be subject to Travel, accommodation and per diem charges for clients located outside Lagos.

 

PACKAGE 5: Live Events / Conference /Product Launch N1, 200,000 +VAT

There is no substitute for experience in the live environment and as Live Event Video Production specialists we have spent over 10 years acquiring the knowledge and understanding what is required for such services. Planning is of vital importance and our pre-production team will liaise with you, your venue and technical staff to ensure every eventuality is accounted for. 
Whether you require single or multi-camera vision mixed filming of your event; output simultaneously around the venue or live across the internet, we can provide a specialist film crew and the solution to match any budget.

This package includes a
2 x 8 -hour days shooting with a maximum of 3 cameras/men, 2 audio assistants, a technician and a Director and our multi-camera set up.

The IBST DVD viewing Experience is everything.

Your Viewer expects the most streamlined, useful and inspiring DVD experience that technology can deliver. The moment The Viewer receives their DVD copy it looks impressive, with corporate style artwork on the disk. This helps them realize that this is a high quality production, one relevant to them, and one worth looking at now! On loading the disk into their DVD player, multimedia PC or laptop, The Viewer sees a brief animated title screen, designed to complement your corporate style (complete with copyright notices if required).

 

This unfolds into a graphic animated menu, with video images set to music playing in the background. A interactive menu approach allows The Viewer to very easily tailor the presentation to their requirements either by clicking "Play All", or by selecting individual modules.

For example, one module in the DVD could be the CEO's strategy presentation, while another module could be the Executing new Financial Guidelines, with asides and unessential anecdotes edited out.

 

The Intro Module would be a brief synopsis of all the key points.

 

The Viewer selects only what they want to see, without having to skip through areas that are irrelevant to them. On completion, each module will return to the main menu screen. When a module is selected, the speaker is seen in widescreen, which makes them look more important. Widescreen also shows more of the training setting and even a presentation.

 

Because we closely involve you with the editing decisions, The Viewer only gets to see a DVD that accurately delivers the information, process and procedures of the training module.

 

On your website also staff can also access with a password interactively selected modules of the training video online as streaming clips on your website. Graphic icons can be used to launch each video clip. We can offer you a choice of streaming files including Windows wmv, Quicktime .mov, or the infinitely superior H264 .mp4 or simply available on tape for broadcast.

Individuals or companies who can satisfy us that they are bona-fide web designers, advertising agents, P.R. consultants, event managers or multimedia content providers may be entitled to take advantage of our agency discounts when commissioning projects on behalf of clients. Day rates, travel time and out of hours services:

1. A standard working day is 9:00am until 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break and two 15-minute rest breaks. This timeframe is flexible within the range of our normal working hours and can be shifted back or
   forward two hours as required at no additional cost.
   
2. Location crew time is calculated from departure from our base in Lagos (or temporary location if based away from home) until return to our base.
   
3. Normal working hours for field and production staff are between 07:00-19:00 Mon-Fri. Operation outside these hours is normally charged at enhanced rates agreed with client.

 

Where staff are required to remain at a location overnight an overnight enhancement of N11, 500 is payable in respect of each crewmember for each night, the actual rate being dependant on seniority. In addition all accommodation, meals and administration costs must be met. The MINIMUM standard of accommodation required is a single private room, with bathroom for EACH crew-member.

 

Post Production Services:

Editing and Post Production: Avid, Final Cut, Photoshop DV/HDV, After Effects. N15, 000 per hour – Facility Fees and N7,500 per hour for Editor or Graphics Designer

CD and DVD Authoring: AS STANDARD you are supplied with your program on a basic DVD with a standard menu. Additional DVD and multimedia design and authoring services, photo editing and preparation.
 N12,500 per hour.

Updates and modifications: Your program can be easily updated, altered or re-worked at a later date. This is subject to our standard edit rates and a minimum charge of N22, 000 per hour.

 

Fuel and Travel costs: Whilst we do still routinely cover the whole of the Nigeria, prices and location day rates include the cost of road travel to locations within 25 road miles of our base in Lagos.

Work that accrues more than 200 road miles in any day or involves working outside the 50-mile limit will generate an additional travel charge that will be agreed with client.
